Start with fresh masa and make something by hand. We prepare our dough from nixtamalized organic corn, ready for you to shape into tortillas, tamales, tostadas, and more.

• Freshly prepared from nixtamalized corn
• Keeps 3–5 days refrigerated or up to 3 months frozen; for best results, use within 5 days of arrival.
