Tofu & Veggie Tacos

Ingredients

Firm tofu

Broccoli florets

Carrot

Soy sauce

Fresh ginger

Fresh garlic

Cilantro

Chili sauce

Tortillas

Instructions:

  1. Combine the soy sauce, peeled & grated ginger, and chopped ginger into a soy-ginger marinade.
  2. Marinate the broccoli florets, firm tofu, and sliced carrot.
  3. Pan sear the tofu, slice into cubes, and set aside.
  4. Toss the veggies with fresh garlic and roast at 400º for 7-10 minutes.
  5. Serve on warm tortillas with fresh cilantro and chili sauce.
