Shrimp Cocktail Tacos
8 oz peeled shrimp
1/4 cup mayo
2 tbsp cocktail sauce
Squeeze of fresh lime
Sprinkle of cayenne
1/4 of a red onion
Stack of tortillas
- Oil and season 8oz of peeled shrimp and grill until opaque, with grill marks. About two minutes on each side.
- At the same time, warm a stack of tortillas over the grill. We like 6” for dinner, or the minis for a snack!
- Mix 1/4 cup mayo with 2 tablespoons of cocktail sauce and dress the shrimp, adding a squeeze of fresh lime juice, cayenne pepper, some thinly sliced red onion and fresh cilantro.
- Pair with your favorite beer and enjoy!
