1 Poblano pepper
Shredded VT Cheddar
- Cut turmeric tortillas into wedges and fry or bake until crispy.
- Spread out the toasted wedges and spread the roasted poblanos, avocado, and the cheddar all over.
- Bake in the oven at 425 for 7-10 minutes until the cheese starts to bubble. Finish with fresh, sliced jalapeños, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.
- Add hot sauce and enjoy!
