Tofu & Veggie Tacos
Ingredients
Firm tofu
Broccoli florets
Carrot
Soy sauce
Fresh ginger
Fresh garlic
Cilantro
Chili sauce
Tortillas
Instructions:
- Combine the soy sauce, peeled & grated ginger, and chopped ginger into a soy-ginger marinade.
- Marinate the broccoli florets, firm tofu, and sliced carrot.
- Pan sear the tofu, slice into cubes, and set aside.
- Toss the veggies with fresh garlic and roast at 400º for 7-10 minutes.
- Serve on warm tortillas with fresh cilantro and chili sauce.
