Shrimp Cocktail Tacos


8 oz peeled shrimp

1/4 cup mayo

2 tbsp cocktail sauce

Squeeze of fresh lime

Sprinkle of cayenne

1/4 of a red onion


Stack of tortillas


  1. Oil and season 8oz of peeled shrimp and grill until opaque, with grill marks. About two minutes on each side.
  2. At the same time, warm a stack of tortillas over the grill. We like 6” for dinner, or the minis for a snack!
  3. Mix 1/4 cup mayo with 2 tablespoons of cocktail sauce and dress the shrimp, adding a squeeze of fresh lime juice, cayenne pepper, some thinly sliced red onion and fresh cilantro.
  4. Pair with your favorite beer and enjoy!
