Israeli Salad Taco


3 Persian cucumbers

1 pint grape tomato

½ red onion

Handful basil

1 bell pepper

1 lemon

2 tbsp olive oil



Za’atar (optional)

Stack of 6” tortillas


  1. In a bowl combine three sliced Persian cucumbers, 1 pint sliced grape tomatoes, 1/2 diced red onion, a handful of fresh torn basil, and 1 diced bell pepper.
  2. Dress with lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper and za’atar if you have it.
  3. Warm the tortillas, place the Israeli salad on them, and have a happy n’ healthy meal!
