Garlicky Greens Taco


1 bunch of kale

1 bunch of broccoli rabe

1 tbsp grated garlic

2 tsp olive oil



6” tortillas

Goat cheese

1/4 avocado (per person)

Fresh lime


  1. Massage two large bunches of greens - like kale and broccoli rabe - in olive oil, 1 tbs grated garlic, salt and pepper.
  2. Add to a hot pan in batches and sauté until wilted and charred in spots.
  3. Meanwhile, heat a stack of 6” organic corn tortillas.
  4. Serve the greens on top of the tortillas with crumbled fresh goat’s cheese, a quarter avocado per person, and a generous squeeze of fresh lime.
