2 tbsp olive oil
1 sliced jalapeno

To throw this together you need little more than awesome market veggies, a hot grill (or grill pan) and tortillas!
Toss and cut veggies lightly in olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill them until tender and charred, transferring to a large platter as they’re done.
Gently heat the tortillas and serve with lime wedges, cilantro and sliced jalapeño, letting your guests build their own. Enjoy!
