Turmeric and Tofu Tacos
These crispy tofu and quinoa tacos are topped with spiced quinoa, pan fried crunchy tofu, sautéed greens and lots of hot sauce.
Crispy Turmeric & Tofu Tacos
- Lightly season and pan fry tofu in canola oil until golden and crispy, about three minutes on each side.
- In the same pan, add cooked quinoa with cumin and chili powder, frying until crispy.
- Add the greens, kale and broccoli rabe both work great!
- Fill warmed tortillas and top with your favorite hot sauce!
